Installation of turf to start this April

The Team up for Turf Committee released a post on Facebook stating that construction will resume at the Highschool football stadium April 1, 2019. The installation of the turf is weather dependant as temperatures should remain above 50 degrees for turf installation.

SUV runs into house on the east side

  • March 27th, 2019

March 22, 2019 emergency crews responded to a call that an SUV ran into a house on Huston St on the east side of Barberton. No major injuries were reported and no drugs or alcohol involvement was suspected. Dominion was on scene to shut the gas off to the house as a precaution.
